Step 1 - Absorb with AS tampon Keep AS close at hand during sex.

Insert the AS tampon immediately after sex, for example lying in bed (by hand or using the reusable applicator).

Once the tampon is in place, you can stand up, for example go to pee which is always good after sex. Leave it inside the vagina for three minutes, then remove the tampon by gently pulling on the string. We recommend setting a timer to avoid forgetting the tampon in the vagina.

NOTE AS is not a contraceptive and does not help against sexually transmitted diseases (STIs), the tampon should not be used instead of a condom in these respects.

Step 2 - Clean with intimate wipes Use after sex or whenever you feel like it. The wipes are suitable as intimate cleaning for everyone, at any time.

For those with a vulva, clean from front to back.

The napkins are made from biodegradable viscose, so put them in the bin after use.

Step 3 - Soften with intimate oil Put a few drops in the palm of your hand and gently massage into your vulva or other parts of the body to soothe and moisturize the area. You don't need to wash it off afterwards - just enjoy the feeling.

The bottle is made of already recycled plastic and should therefore be disposed of in the combustible and not the plastic recycling.
