Before use and at regular intervals, the applicator should be boiled (not the lid), please read the instructions.

1. Wash your hands.
2. Remove the lid from the applicator.
3. Remove the protective plastic from the tampon and insert it into the applicator.
4. Place the string in the small hole.
5. Gently insert the applicator into the vagina and press the bottom of the applicator.
6. Remove the applicator.
7. Wash the applicator thoroughly with warm water and mild soap, rinse, and dry after each use.
