Keep the A.S within reach during sex.

Insert the A.S tampon directly after sex, for example, while lying in bed (by hand or with the help of the reusable applicator).

Once the tampon is in place, you can stand up—for example, go and pee, which is always a good idea after sex. Let it stay in the vagina for three minutes, then remove it by gently pulling the string. We recommend setting a timer to avoid forgetting the tampon inside the vagina.
