Step 1 – Absorb with the A.S tampon
Keep the A.S tampon nearby during sex.
Insert the A.S tampon directly after sex, using the reusable applicator (or by hand).
Once the tampon is in place, you can stand up—such as to have a pee, which is always good after sex. Leave it in the vagina for three minutes, then remove the tampon by gently pulling on the string. Set a timer to avoid forgetting the tampon inside.

Note: The A.S tampon is not a contraceptive and does not protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs); it should not be used as a substitute for condoms in these regards.
